AUP 8.B is a sensor-controlled flushing system for one urinal with upper water inlet. It uses a photocell sensor for contactless control that reacts to people entering the scanning zone. After they leave the scanning zone the flushing system is activated.
The photocell sensor does not react to people passing by and is not sensitive to daylight and artificial lighting. After 24 hours inactivity the urinal flushes itself.
The AUP 8.B flushing system is supplied with 6 V AC from cylindrical batteries placed inside the stainless steel flushing system. It does not need any external power supply. The electronics program guarantees that the electromagnetic valve does not open the water inlet without enough battery capacity to ensure its closing.
The AUP 8.B sensor-controlled flushing system, due to its easy assembly, is intended mainly for reconstructions of sanitary facilities. It can be used when exchanging a corner or press valve for flushing with upper water inlet.
