The RMZ 01 is a stainless steel sensor-controlled washing machine for aprons. A built-in photocell reacts to the presence of the apron in the scanning zone. The electromagnetic valve is automatically switched on, the brushes start to rotate, the water inlet is opened and a dosage of disinfectant liquid is carried out. The apron is dropped by its outspread edge between the rotary brushes, the straps has to be held constantly. After the apron went through the brushes it is pulled out slowly by a backward movement. In case the apron is pulled in to the washing system it can be pulled out from the face opening. The functional space of the rotary brushes is freely accessible after lifting off the upper covering. There is a CENTRAL/STOP button for emergency switching off.
The washing system is intended for free installation onto the floor. The imperfections in the floor are balanced out by four adjustable hobs. The construction of the system allows the outlet to be placed above floor level.
The KMZ 01 washing system is intended for operations where quality mechanical dirt removal from working aprons is required.
The canister with disinfecting solution is not part of the delivery.
